Positives: Great location for exploring Toronto for us and 2 children. Very easy to access street cars, dining options, and Canoe Landing park for a quick breath of air and green space. Clean, secure condo unit. Beds comfortable. Towels nice. GREAT parking. Soundproof windows are great for blocking noise to sleep. Small balcony for fresh air was nice. Hosts VERY responsive. We booked less than 24 hours before our stay after having different host cancel.
Opportunities for improvement based on our opinions: Bedding was polyester which always feel yucky to me (personal preference is quality cotton bedding). Patio furniture was 2 very flimsy, worn-out chairs and worn-out ottoman that do not lend themselves to enjoying the balcony. Bedroom window coverings do not block light at night (bring sleeping mask).

Highly recommend this place! It's fantastic value for the price. The interior is spotless and very inviting. The proximity to the lake is a huge plus; it's just a quick stroll away. Would definitely stay here again.
